I first heard about this recipe when listening to a podcast of Liana Werner-Grey from Earth Diet on Hay Radio. She took on a challenge to eat only natural ingredients for one year and to document the results. From this the Earth Diet was created.
I love my bread, bread however, does not always love me! So I am always looking for alternatives, the title won it for me. I also like all the ingredients in it so how could it go wrong!
As I am writing this I am hoping that no one will come and check my wardrobe because I find throwing things out hard.
